Lana graduated from Carnegie Mellon with a double major in Decision Science and Social & Political History. Her studies focused on understanding how a person’s environment shapes their decision making, and how meaningful insights can be drawn from these patterns. Her degree, as well as her past professional experiences, have equipped her with a strong skill set in research, communication, writing, and analysis. She is excited to support CGM and their commitment to researching the well-being of individuals.

Supported by the University of Pittsburgh and the Richard King Mellon Foundation, the initiative links near-term entrepreneurship and training opportunities with long-term challenges of ensuring local residents share in emerging tech jobs.
