Haroun Rahimi: Afghanistan’s Informal Economy

Haroun Rahimi, Assistant Professor of Law, American University of Afghanistan, will present his research on the hawala, the informal finance system in Afghanistan. He will also discuss economic dynamics in the country under Taliban rule.
